The room and the bathroom were beautiful and nice.

It was great in general: beautiful room, marvellous location so close to the old city centre, the old town and buses and trams...

Overall experience was perfectly pleasant. Everything was great. The host was always available. It had an absolutely perfect and the best setting so close to several bars, the old centre, and even the beaches. One of the restaurants, Trece, was within short walking distance to the apartment.

Seamless experience, lovely owner, great recommendations, spacious and clean rooms, fantastic location, superb wifi.

The beds are comfortable and the location in Old Town is convenient, plus it's great to have amenities like an oven, washing machine, and glassware provided.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city center, mind-blowing facilities available including washer and blow dryer, super helpful advice, and instructions from Antonella, and the jaw-droppingly well-equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils provided. the highly convenient Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and air conditioning were an added bonus. No pets allowed and strictly no smoking on-site. Absolutely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Houses In. The location was perfect, with easy access to museums, churches, and other attractions in the city. The apartment itself was beautifully modern and had a charming old-world feel. Antonella, the host, was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Despite a few minor issues such as damp-smelling towels and noise from the nearby bars, overall I highly recommend this place.

I had a seamless experience staying at Splendid Houses. the property owner was lovely and provided us with great recommendations for places in the city. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern bathrooms. the location was fantastic, being in the heart of Valencia but still quiet. the wifi and facilities were excellent, and we had all the necessary amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher. I cannot fault this property and highly recommend staying here!

Convenient location, great aircon, clean apartment with good facilities. Access through poorly-lit stairwell with 39 steps. Comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Helpful property owner, provided recommendations. Superb wifi. Opposite bakery was great. Easy access to museums, churches, and local food venues. Wonderful old-world charm with a modern touch.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The spaciousness and cleanliness were jaw-dropping. The facilities were perfect, including the super nice shower and unbelievably comfortable beds. The location was just perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. And the best part? We were only half an hour away from the beach, which we visited almost every day. The neighborhood had some super nice restaurants, and the woman who helped us was beyond helpful. We had no problems whatsoever during our stay. Plus, the old city charm and easy access to market, museums, and restaurants made it even better. Oh, and did I mention the air conditioning, free wi-fi, and well-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, cookware. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot!

The seating area was so comfy, I felt like I was sinking into a cloud. The airport is nearby, so I could escape this place quickly.

Who needs parking when you can get fined? And those steep, poorly lit stairs were just a thrilling obstacle course.

Great location in the heart of the old city, close to the market, museums, and restaurants. The air conditioning in each room was a plus, especially during the hot weather. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, and toaster, making it convenient for our stay during the holiday season.

There were a couple of minor issues that affected our overall experience. there were some maintenance issues such as a detached shower screen and a door that didn't fully shut in the main bedroom.
